Anuga 2023, the most renowned trade fair for food and beverage in the food processing and packaging machinery industry, will be staged from the 7th to the 11th of October at the Messe Cologne. The event is expected to gather over 170 000 trade visitors from 201 countries and more than 8000 exhibiting companies from different sectors.

Anuga 2023 has a varied schedule that incorporates practical demonstrations, competitions, and social events. The complementing program will offer a plethora of opportunities for contracting and networking, as well as presentations of the newest technologies. The goal of the event will be to give insight into 12 important product categories:
